Barnes, Labour member for Blackfriars, in an article in the Baily Mail on the labour unrest, says he helieves an easement must come from Parliament. It should, he says, <jome quickly, before irresponsible ■sprits get the upper hand,"-and before fictional doctrines gam a firmer hold. Parliament, in order to retain, the confidence of Labour, must show a greater readiness to look at things from Labour's viewpoint. The next great step would be a legal minimum wage. ,
