Hack -means a. horse that has not won at time of entry a race of the valine of 100 sovs;',' or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. The winner of any race after_ the declaration of weights/ shall be liable to be re-handlicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additional wun\ (b) in hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. : 1..
