ADDRESS BY SIR GEORGE REID AN ANGLO-GERMAN COALITION. (Received Last Night, 10.35 o'clock ) BERLIN, May 16. Sir George Reid, High Commissioner for the Commonwealth, in the courso of his address in the Reichstag said that if the other nations consented to disarm Britain would be the first to scrap tho Dreadnoughts and disband the army. An Anglo-German coalition, based on the principle of peace, wouild be a good thing for the wholo world.
