Hack means a horse that- has not won at time of entry a race of the vatl'U© "of 100 eovs., or race© of the collective value of 250 sovs. RE-HANDICAPS. ■ The winner of any race after the declaration of weights shall be liable to be-re-handicapped to the limit of: (a) In flat races a further 101b for onewin, and 61b for every additional win , (b) in hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree, and age, name of owner and traliner and colours of the rider .(if not registered). 2. All entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3. The stewards reserve the right to alter .the date or time- for receiving or accptances or declaration of weights as tihey deem fit to do iSO. .
