LONDON, May 14
Lord St. Aktwyn, at a meeting of the Conciliation Board at Cardiff, rejected tbo master's demand for a decrease and the men's demand for an ■increase- in wages, but said that he believed that the men would probably succeed at the next review of wage, rates, which would take place-before 13th June.
