.KELSON, Last Night. Mr R. Allan, a inrolmnent Nelsonian-, was seriously injured- last night. He, witth a party of ladies, was hillclimMng yesterday, but owing to the mist,, got off the track. About' 9 o'clock Mr Allan was proceeding ahead., wlien lie fell over a precipice. Ilhe girls remained all night 011 a i'edge of rock till daylight,, wlhen Miss Hunter, one df the part'y., .set off for Kelson for .assistance. Miss'es Boyle* and Robertson went to Mr Allan, and covered h£m with part of their clothing. The police ana a- doctor arrived in the morning, 'returning to town in. the alitor noon, with Mr Allan in a semi-conscious condition. Medical exaniiin.at.ian is proceeding.
