RECEIVES COMPLAINTS AT TIMARU. (By Telegraph —Press Asssciation,) ' TEMAiKJJ, Last Night, Hie Minister of Railways met members of the Harbour. He suggested that th r ; Harlbour (Board should follow Auckland and iWielington, and provide facilities for working the wharves. He would consult responsible advisers on itfe whole matters submitted, to provide for the facilities asked for everywhere.
