SENT TO PRISON FOR SIX MONTHS. (Received May 10, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 9. loin Mann, the Socialist, was found guilty .of publishing ,seditious matter during the recent coal" strike, and sentenced to six months' imprisonment in the second-division. (Mann was charged with having "feloniously and maliciously published certain matter, called the Syndicalist, with the object of endeavouring to seduce .persons, serving- in His Majestv's forces from their duty -and allegiance to t ; ho King, and of inducing certain persons to traitorous and mutinous practice, contrary. •to tin; provisions of i-hc Incitement to Mutiny Act of 1907.")
