SYDNEY, May 10
Major General Dorwood is returning to England from New Zealand. He declared that.the Dominion had ceased to he a free country, owing to the multiplicity of the laws. He complains that the fishery business is neglected, iand the bulk of t.ho trout arc diseased. Unless the disease is checked New 7 ■ib ud will cease to be regarded as a happy' spot for English enthusiasts to make holiday in.
