PALMERSTON STOCK SALE. (By Telegraph—Special to the Age.) ' PALMERSTON N.,' Last Night. (Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows on their Palmerston stock sale held to-day : —Wo ted a heavy yarding of both sheep and <. cattle, which met with a good sale at the following prices:—F.m. ewes :\\ lamb, 12s 9d; fat ewes, lis 2d to 13a 2d; lambs, 5s 2d to 9s 6d; cull owes, 6s Gd. Cattle: 4-year bullocks, £G ]9fj Gd and £6 ss; Holsteiit heifers, in , calf, £6 10s; heifers in calf, £4 10s to •£G is; Holstein weaners, £2 10s; fat cows, £ss to £G'ls; forward cows, £3 to £4; store cows, 30s to £2 ss; dairy cows, £6 to £l2. .
