SYDNEY, May 9

A peculiar case was heard in %hv District. Count in which a plaintiff claimed £2O damages against an aviator named Hart.

It was alleged that the defendant propelled 'his aeroplane over a herd of cows, causing a sitampede, in which two of the beasts were killed. It was further claimed that the defendant broke and entered upon plaintiffs land. A verdict was returned for the plaintiff for the amount, claimed.
