MAS'TERTON STOCK SALE. The New Zcailtad Loan and Mercantile Agency C0.,-Ltd., report as follows on their Masterton stock sale, hold in the Soliwny yards yesterday: — There was a fair yarding of sheep and cattle, and a good .attendance of buyers. Competition was keen throughout the sale, especially for wethers. Our principal prices for these wore, 110 at 15s 5d,339;at1454d, and .smaller 'loX's to 13s 7d ; ewes in lamb, 10s Id to 13s; empty ewes, Gs to 9s 3d; lambs, to 8s 9d; cows is call, to £7 10s.

Messrs James Macintosh and Co. report on their Waipoua sale yesterday as follows : —We bad a heavy yarding of sheep of all classes, upwards of KSOO being yarded. All sheep mot with keen competition and were all disposed of with the exception of onepen of lambs. In cuttle we yarded considerably over 100 head, which were ■all disposed of under the hammer, with the exception of one pen of cows. Follitxwing are the prices*:—Sheep : Fatowes 12s Gd, forward empty ewes 9s 8d to lis Id, eiwes in lamb (poor) 7s< (kl to 9s Gd, cull ewes 4s 9d, woolly lambs 8s to lis, shorn lambs, 7s to fts, cull lam lis, Is lid to 5s 9d.
