MeLeod, chairman, of the Eeatlherstcai County Council, and W. lEuiho.r, of the Wairnrapa Hospital Beard, uvere eecond, receiving the same n.umiber of votes. A second ballot was itakl&n, anel ; Mr McLeod was elected 1 as the isecond delegate.
