LONDON, May 2. A tugboat, at the Dardanelles, vm\c inspecting buoys, fouled a mine, and four officers, twelve soldiers and n.embers of the crew were drowned. FOUNDERING OF THE TEXAS. (Received May 3, 1 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 2. The Vali of Smyrna states thai tlio Battery fired .seven shots, but that tb« foundering of the steamer Texas was due to a mine.
