GERMAN OPPOSITION
TO MIXED SAMOAN MARRIAGES.

BERLIN, May 3. During the discussion on the Ssimoan estimates in the Reichstag, Dr. Solfe reiterated his opposition to marriages between natives and whites. The whole country, he said, would thank the Reichstag if it prevented mixed marriages.
