Jffi E. FLANAGAN ELECTED. I Nominations, for the scat on the ' Borough Council, made vacant by thferesignation of Mr T. G. Hoar, closed: at noon yesterday, The only nomhiation received was that of Mr E. Flanagan, who was accordingly, declared duly elected. Mr ' Flanagan was nominated by G. H. Cullen, E. G. Eton, J. Cross and W. L. Falconer.
