ACAINST MILITARY PARADES. (By Telegraph l —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, La.Et Night. The Wellington Rugby Union feels ■apprehensive regarding the effect ■which the four military daylight parades, which are expected to take (place this month, will have upon football. "I think we ought to make a mighty big protest, about it. I think we ought to make those Mokes sit up," remarked GVIr F. C Atkinson at thus evening's meeting of the union's management committee, when the discussion was proceeding respecting these parades.
