IN CAMP AT TUTIRA. (By Telegraph — Press Association.) NAPIER., Last Night. Nearly three hundred of itilie Ninth Regiment-, 'Wellington and West Ooa&t Monnted Rifles, under Lieut.Cblonel Sandimann, drawn from the district isoiitli of Napier, left this afternoon for Tutira, where they go into camp for ten days' training. They will bo joined to-morrow iby about 200 lilrom the Woiroa) and G'isbonie districts.
