NEW YORK. April 28. Mr Thbodoire Roosevelt, in replying to President Taft, said that Mr Tafb was igiving way to and others {privileged in It'ihe interests of Mr Tuft. He accused him of being disloyal to their paist friendship, and aleo dislioyal to ordinary decency and fair dealing. He alleged, that Mr Taft wasr guilty of crooked dealing because of (hi© misrepresentations regarding Mr Roosevelt's attitude on Trust qraestione.
