TECHNICAL SCHOOL
MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Managers of tJie JVtastertoa Technical School was iliekl last evening, there being present,— Messrs .W. H. Jackson (chairman), J. M. Coradine, H. J. O'Leary, E. Feist, W. -Sellar, ami C. E. Daniel!. The treasurer's AVibich showed a balance at date of £162 9s 3d, was .read and adopted. A letter was received from the Education. Department, in reference to ,t'h,e suggestion dt tlie Managers regarding the constitution of the Board of Mkmageirtf, and stated that the Department could not see its way to adopt the (Suggestion of the Board. Mr Jaofeson said that the only, thing the Managers could now do was to accept the,-Department's intimation and go on as tliey had previously done. .Tt was- decided to empower Mr Daaiiell to arrange, for .the attaching ofventilators in several of tlie v rooms, on- a similar plan to. those in use in other parts of the building. Accounts amounting to £29 -is 3d were passed for payment. Mr J. M. Coradine was appointed visitinig memibcr .for the ensuing month.
