PAHIATI?A.STOCK SALE. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows:—We offered a heavy yardihg'of sheep, and "a fair yarding of cattle. Sheep were represented by a • number of good lines of wethers and breeding ewes, which sold exceptionally well, as also did' all classes of cattle. Tho attendance was Large, Manawatu and Wairarapa buyers operating freely. Quotations:-4-tooth wethers, 14s 3d-to 14s lid; 2 and 4-tooth wethers, 12s 6d to 14s 6d; 2-tooth wethers, lis 9d to 13s 6d; 6tooth breeding ewes (Pahiatua Racing Club) 15s"8d, 15s 9d; good breeding ewes, lis to 12s 7d; mixed aged breeding ewes, 8s 7d to 10s 4d; forward empty ewes, 8s Id to 9a 9d ; store ewes, 5s 3d to 7s 2d; good lambs, 8s 6d to ]os Od; medium lambs, 7s to 8s Id;, others, 5s 2d to 5s lOd; store cows, £2 Is to £3 lis; Jersey cross wcaner .heifers, 3k to £2 15s; mixed weaners, 3Gs to 37s^'bulls, TOsV: 1 ;'
