LONDON, April 23. Mr J. Redmond, M.P., Leader of the Nation afet Party, has received cablegrams from the Archbishops of Sydney and Melbourne, and Bishops an New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and New Zealand, approving of the Home Rule Bill. The Nationalists have invited Mr Gladstone, M.P., to attend the Irish Convention at Dublin to-day.

'■"-> The minimum demand, the report says, must include Ireland's retention •of all her taxes, subject'to a 9 per centum; contribution to Great Britain, and tihe Irish Parliament's control of all Iris'h services.
