3000 THIBETANS MASSACRED,

CALCUTTA, April"2o._ Lhassa, the capital of Thibet, is in a state of seige. The Chinese are pillaging and burning tho city. Two thousand Chinese troops, with throe maxim guns, mowed down 3000 Thibetans, including women ami children.
