ADJOURNED TILL MONDAY.

WELLINGTON, Last Night.
At the conclusion of Mr Richmond's address in the cui.se of Kins v. the Auokl&nd Electric Tramway Company, heard in the Appeal Court, the Bench intimated that further hearing would be adjourned bill Monday, when they will decide -whether they de-sire to hear respondent*. To-morrow, the cases Rex. v Ha-s----sell and Campbell . kind Rex v. O'Shaughnegsy will be heard.
