A CURIOUS CASE.

AUCKLAND, Last Night. At the Auckland Police Court, Mr C. C. Kettle, S.M., gave judgment for ten- shillings damages and casts £3 6s 9d against William Walker, a shop keeper, in Now Niorth Read, a nail projecting from his premises damaging a pair of trousers worn by a pedestrian.
