TARATAHI STOCK .SALE
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on their'Taratahi sale w& follows: —A good entry of all classes of stock came forward. The bulk of our isheep .entry comprised empty ewes, for. which thel-e was a good demand, and prices -realised show an increase on recent market reports. Our " cattle : yards were taxed to their utmost (several lines having to, be penned in the sheep yards), and a really good sale resulted.: <Mr Owen HefFeran's entries of springing and in calf cows and heifers, which were well-grown and were
yai'ded in particularly good condition, met with good competitions, and prices realised throughout must be consider?ed;highly'satisfactory.
