BRITAIN'S SUGGESTION

LONDON, April 14. In the House of Commons, Sir Edward, Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, sa.a .that on the 2nd Decemlber he wrote to Sir George Buchanan, British Ambassador to St. Petersburg, pointing out the grave ultimate peril of Russia's action in Persia, and suggesting that no further steps he taken without consultation with Great Britain. He also asked that troops should only be sent by Russia to Teheran as a last resource. Russia accepted the suggestion.
