Braithwaite left for Wellington on his Triumph motor cycle to make an attempt o» the exiting figures of the Wofington to Napier reoordviz., Bhra 85min., estahlisjied bj' Mr H L. Schaeffer on New Year » Day, 1909, also on a Triumph. In spit© of several attempts on other makes of machine*, this record ha» «£»«*; the credit of the Triumph for three vears.
