A/Lnnraj Sir Archibald Milne succeeds Admiral Sir Edmund Poe as Comimander-in-Ohief of the Mediterraneta Fleet'. Rear-Admiral A. H. Lampus, formerly in command of the Portsmouth. sub-division, succeeds IRtear-Admiral Williams as Advisor in Turkey.
