WANGANUII, Last Night, The meeting of the Borough Council to-night ended dramatically. At rthe previous meeting, when two avow \ed' opponents of a motion were unavoidably absent ,the Council decided, I(by a majority of one, that the Boiough Engineer's explanation of the j charge, made against him was not satisfactory.
