WASHINGTON, Aproil "8. There are reports that the Madero Government is likely to fall. The country is facing debts amounting to 1,000,000,000 dollars, and claims are being made by foreignaivvestors. The loss is due to the disturbed state of the country. Efforts are being made to secure intervention by/the United States, but the latter us reluctant to act , because suspicions would be engendered on the part of other Central and South American republics already none to ,well disposed towards- the United.States.
