WEDDING
MORLINC— J ALLEN. ' A "pretty and '-fashionable wedding was celebrated at St. Peter's Church, Pahiaiua, on the 9th iiw-t., when Miss Mabel May Allen, second dajigh-' ter of Mr W. P. Allen, was married tto Mr Josciph Morling, of Napier. The service was fully choral, and tike duirch wa« prettily decorated. Tiie bride looked charming an oyster white satin, and phimed grey velvet hat, and parried a sheaf of lilies. The bridesmaids, MLsb Gookison, of-Christ-church, and Miss F. Allen, worn mole velvet Empire dresses, cuffs and' collars of guipure lace, -and *vieuz.ros.e velvet hats, and carried bouquets of autumn leaves. ,The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a pearl crescent and pearl and amethyst brooches. Mr J. O. G. Neil, of Levin, was best man, and Mir R. Watson, of Wellington, .groomsman. A reception, was .held at Tiro Tiro, the residence of the bride's parents, and the health of the bride and bridegroom was proposed by the Rev. C.-H. Isaacson. Mr and Mrs Morling left bv the express for Rotorua, and -were, the recipients of many handsome presents.
