NEW ZEALAND FORECAST (By Telegraph—Prest Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Nlght.i The Rev. I). O. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this ©vening issued the following rejiort:— A westerly low pressure ha., dominated the weather conditions during the .past three days, but the barome- ' tei- has risen slowly at the Bluff since .midnight. Rain Iras fallen ill 'most- parts, of the country, and, warm and oloudy conditions- have prevailed, with strong westerly" winds generally. Present indications are for; strong westerly winds, veering shortly ' to soutlierlies in all parts of ithe couii<•try, with a rising barometer. Cool and changeable weather probable generally, with ram- in moot parts of the country, and some snow on the higher levels in the South.
