A PEACEFUUICTIVITY DEVELOPING THE COUNTRY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.). LONDON, April 6. The Times Tripoli correspondent states that peaceful activity is gradually gaining sway in Tripoli, and there is every prospect of a successful co-operation between the Italians and Arabs for the •develorment r<f the country. Since the were clearel. there has been no appreciable widening of the Italian boundaries, and r a single yard has been gained since Gargarest was occupied on January 20th. -
