LABOUR MEMBERS TAKE ACTION. TO EEMOVE PRIVY COUNCILLORS. (Received Last Night, 0.0 o'clock.) LONDON, April 4. Messrs W. Thorne (Labour member for West Ham), George Lansbury (Labour member for Tower Hasslets), and J. O'Grady (Labour member for Leeds) have given notice to move in the House of Commons on April 24th, calling for the removal of th* Marquis of Londonderry, Sir Edward Carson, Mr Thomas Andrew, Mr Thomas Sinclair, and Mr John Young from the Privy Councillorship of Ireland, on the ground that they have delivered treasonable speeches. The motion expresses regret that thej&overnment, when prosecuting ipoor men in England for sedition, has neglected to prosecute the rich men in Ireland.
