AN ALTERNATIVE SCHEME. J (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, April 4. The British Medical Association has p prepared a scheme as an alternative to the proposals contained in the Insurance Bill, unless the Government concedes the amendments to the Bill demanded 'by the doctors. The new scheme will meet the needs of those' who are unable to par. ordinary fees.
