AUSTRALIAN CADETS
FIRST GREAT PARADE. (.Received Last Night, 5,S o'clock.) SYDNEY, March 31. The first great parade of the Metropolitan Cadets was held in the Centennial Park yesterday. No fewer than 18,500 took part in the manoeuvres, which presented a magnificent spectacle. General Gordon., was in command. The Governor-General inspected the Cadets, who showed excellent discipline, .considering that they have been l onry nine months in training.
