Mrs, Despard, speaking at a meeting of the Women's Freedom League on the consequences of the rejection of the 'Conciliation Bill, advocated the application of the boycott to male milliners; the stoppage of subscriptions to churches; the investment of money abroad; the non-payment of taxes; and the abstention of visits to those seaside resorts wihicli return anti-suff-rage members to the House of Commons.
