LONDON, March. 29. The Times' Washington correspondent states that Mr Theodore Roosevelt, exasperated by the number of State -'Conventions: declaring overwhelmingly against him, says that ho: is fighting against the representatives of the powers of pillage. He has hinted that if he is defeated by theinvention, ho might lead a new party. ,
