TROUBLE IN THE CAMP.
There is trouble in the Liberal-Labour camp juL 7 it now. The Hon. T. Mackenzie has been chosen by twenty-two ■members to lead a House of eighty, and the twcn"ty-t,wo are alarmed at ithe contemplation of the Preimierelect offering portfolios to gentlemen who voted against him The party is in a state of disruption, and it will require all the ingenuity the Hon. T. Mackenzie possesses—and a, little imore—to avert disaster. It is stated iby the "knowing ones" in Wellington that there is nothing more- certain than ■ another, appeal to the country witihi n the next- few months—probably a® early as July.
