ADVOCATE FINED
OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR. Received This Morning, 12.5 o'clock. SYDNEY, March 25. A man named Chidley, an. advocate of tho simple life, was fined £5 for offensive behaviour. He paraded tho streets, and addressed the crowd, clad in a meagre costume, similar to a bathing outfit.
