LONDON, March_2o_ The Times' Rome correspondent states that tho Italian peace terms demand the recognition of Italian sovereignty over Tripoli and Cyrenaica, the withdrawal -of lurkish. troops and officials, and the re-establishment of the status quo in regard to Italian residents in Turkey. Italy s to recognise the spiritual authority of the Khalif, and the religious liberty + ot Moslems, and to guarantee the Ottoman debt, and creditor*' purchases of Turkish Government property in Tripoli and Cyrenaica.
