SYDNEY. March 18. The solicitor, representing the claimant to the Page millions, has been advised from London that the Master of the Equity Court has struck out J. iH. Morris' claim as frivolous and vexatious, and disclosing no reasonable cause for.action.' iMorris.is one of the hree claimants who backed the Australian syndicate, with capital amounting to £IO,OOO.
