LONDON MARKETS. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Wellington, have 'been advised under date of 13th inst, by their London office as follows:—Tallow:—For tallow in general since our cable last week prices are unchanged. There is scarcely any business doing yet owing to the strike. Also further cable of tho 14th inst.: ' Frozen meat. —There is better demand. Tho market is firm, but prices are unchanged. Wool: The market is steady, and there ds a demand owing to suspension of tho wool sales. EKETAHUNA SALE. Tho New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their usual weekly sale held on Friday last:—We .submitted a fair entry of both sheep and cattle to a good attendance of the public, and notwithstanding the rough state of the weather, stock sold well up to late rates. We quote as follows: 4 and 6-toohh ewes, lis 6d to 13s 9d; 2-tooth ewes, 12s to ! 12s 6d; 2-tooth Avethers, 12s; woolly lambs, 9s to 10s 6d ; 4 and 5 year ewes, 8s lOd to 9s 6d; fat cows, £4 10s to £5 ss; store cows, £2 14s to £3 10s; d«m c-'tts. £4 12s ft? to £6; bulls, £2 10s to £3; 20-month steers, £3 to ' £3 ss.
