A SINISTER RUMOUR. (Received March 16, S.o a.m.) ROME, March 15. Rumour casts suspecion for the attempted assassination of the King on Turkey, inasmuch as Turkish news-, papers lately declared that, the war en-' tailed attempts on the lives of King Emmanuel and Signer Giolitti (the Premier) and the Marquis Di sanGuil-t iano (Minister for Foreign- Affaire).
