MINERS CAUGHT FOUR MEN DEAD : OTHERS MISSING. (Received March 16, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, -March 15. At Tellwride, Colorado, an avalanche descended on a mine. It caught a dozen miners, and carried them down the hillside. Four were dead when they were dug out. The mine buildings were destroyed. Several of .the men are missing. It is believed they have been buried in the ruins of -tho .mine works.
