TO-DAY'S WEATHER
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST (By Telegraph — Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. O. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report:— The barometer has fallen everywhere, and the winds have changed to northerlies; increasing haze and cloudiness is reported generally, with showery weather about Cook Strait. Present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, veering to westerlies, and increasing southward of New Plymouth and Castlepoint; unsettled and cloudy weather, with rain, probable generally, and a further decrease in barometric oressure.
