A KIDNAPPING CASE
(By TeJtgravh—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. At the Polioo Court, Siren Marcus Mikklcson and Richard Jame3 Wede, charged with haying,,on February 22, attempted to deprive Hannah Beatrice Caroline Kipp of her child, Gladys Kipp, aged 8, of which she had legal custody. The case was a sequel to tho recent alleged kidnapping, which created such great interest here. The defendants were committed for trial.
