MEXICAN REBELLION
ATTITUDE OF UNITED STATES
NO INTENTION OF INTERVENING. (Received Last Night, 9.20 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, March 13. President Taft is conferring with Mr Stimson, Secretary of War, on the Mexican situation. The President contemplates issuing a statement in defence of /the United States' attitude, and assuring Mexico 'that the United States does not intend to intervene.
