AN EKETAHUNA SENSATION
MR R. J. MCLEAN MISSING. A good deal of anxiety has been, occasioned in Eketahuna by the somewhat mysterious disappearance of Mr R. J. McLean, the County Clerk, Secretary of the Farmers' Union, and a member of the local Borough Council.. Mr McLean, was last seen about midday on Friday. As he did not return to his home on Friday night, and did not put in an appearance at his office on Saturday morning, his friends became anxious, and a search was conducted. Up till a late hour-, on Saturday, no trace had been found of the missing man, and no information was obtainable in Masterton yesterday. Mr .McLean ,is married to the eldest daughter of Mr F. J.
